CLOGS DON'T FIT:
If you are an experienced clog wearer, you probably already know your size. If this is the first time you have bought clogs, you can use our online size converter to convert from the US size charts to metric sizes. Click here for our size converter. If you are in-between sizes we generally recommend rounding up to the higher metric size.
Although seldom, sometimes luck just isn't on our side and your clogs will not fit correctly. We want you to have clogs that fit! We are happy to ship you a pair of clogs that do fit… ASAP!
Clogs are designed to allow your heel to "slip" when you walk, even if you have a closed back clog. It generally takes a couple of weeks to get used to your new clogs. We always recommend wearing them for no more than a couple of hours a day for the first week and a half day for the next week. If you have been wearing shoes or clogs that are old and worn your body will need to re-adjust to its proper posture. Once you have re-adjusted you will no-doubt feel better than your life before clogs. Give your clogs some time. Don't expect your knees and back to feel better after three days. It generally took a lot longer than three days for your knees and/or back to become agitated so it will take some time to heel.
We have found that the best way to make sure you get your clogs as soon as possible AND to make sure that we get our unused clogs back is to simply give you a choice of how you would like to handle it.
OPTION 1:
We can send you a new pair (which will be charged to your credit card). As soon as your non-fitting or general return clogs are sent back and received by us, your account will be credited for the second pair of clogs. We also cover the cost of outbound shipping for your new clogs.
OPTION 2:
Simply send your clogs back. When we receive them we send out a new pair. We also cover the cost of outbound shipping for your new clogs. Please note that this option is perfectly OK with us but it will take 7-10 additional days when compared to option 1.
OTHER RETURNS:
We accept returns for any reason on stock items within 21 days from the time that you receive them.
Making sure the clogs get here intact is up to you. We recommend packing them first in their original box with tissue paper or white paper towels (not newspaper) and then packaging them in a shipping box. Please print out our return form, fill it out, and include it in your shipment.
If you have obviously worn your shoes/clogs we cannot accept them as returns.

WARRANTY:
If for any reason your clog has a manufacturing defect we will replace it, no questions asked. Our mission is to keep you happy!
We expect our customers to be reasonable with their requests for a new clog. For example: If we can see that the clogs have been worn for three years on a daily basis and someone simply wants a new clog for free we may have to question them a bit further. If you have a legitimate complaint, rest assured your clog(s) will be replaced no-questions-asked.
